3. GENERAL CONDITIONS
The webshop www.adorable-knits.com offers its customers the opportunity to purchase products from its webshop online.
The general terms & conditions below apply to any order placed by a visitor to this website. When placing an order through the Adorable Knits webshop, the customer accepts these conditions and the customer agrees to their applicability.
What we offer
The offer on the webshop is regularly updated and displayed with the correct description. Since these are handmade items, the finished product may differ from the item in the photo. Adorable Knits is not responsible for any differences in color displays on the screen, nor for any errors in stock. Adorable Knits has the right to cancel orders and purchases when stocks are insufficient. In this case, a refund or, if desired, an exchange, will always be arranged with the consumer.
Adorable Knits offers 2 types of products:

Digital patterns

Limited editions / Stock sales: A few times a year I will put a limited edition of handmade items online or organize a stock sale. These products are available while stocks last.
Finished Products: Each product is hand crafted with quality yarn by Dorothy Offeciers under the name of Adorable Knits. Since these are all handmade items, small imperfections can always occur. All products are of course made and finished as carefully as possible.
Digital products: when purchasing knitting patterns, the consumer receives a digital file. After payment, the consumer receives a file in PDF format by e-mail or, if the option is offered, it can be downloaded from the website.
Prices and payment
The prices on the website are stated in EURO, and always include VAT. All prices are exclusive of shipping costs. Any additional shipping costs are on the account of the consumer and are calculated at checkout. The shipping costs always follow the rates of the market. You can also choose to pick up your order, this is only possible by appointment and is free.
Adorable Knits reserves the right to change the prices of products at any time.
After your order you will receive a confirmation email with an overview of your order. This also states the total amount of the purchase including shipping costs.
Payment on the webshop can be done via Bancontact, Mastercard or Paypal. If these payment options are not possible for the consumer, payment can always be made by bank transfer. Please contact Adorable Knits via info@adorable-knits.com
Adorable Knits always has the right to cancel or block an order if there is a problem with the payment.
Shipping and delivery conditions
A shipment can be done in the following ways:

Collection at Adorable Knits in Berchem by appointment (free). To do this, indicate the "Collection" option when placing your order. After payment and the completion of your order, you will be contacted by email to make an appointment.

Delivery via BPost in Belgium, according to bpost rates.
Packages are only delivered in Belgium. If you would still like to place an order from another country, or have it shipped to another country, the shipping costs and time can be calculated for this. Please contact Adorable Knits at info@adorable-knits.com

Several times a year I will put a limited edition of handmade items online or do a stock sale, which are available while supplies last.
Adorable Knits puts a lot of love and care into every product and aims to be a satisfied customer. Each product is checked before shipment. Adorable Knits undertakes to deliver products in good condition.
Products from this stock can be exchanged within 14 calendar days from the day following the day of delivery. Products can be exchanged for another product or the consumer can decide to have the purchase refunded. The condition is that the returned product is in perfect and unworn condition.
When there is a price difference between the exchanged product and the new product, this difference will be charged. After receipt of the payment by the consumer or reimbursement by Adorable Knits to the consumer, the desired product will be shipped.
The products are returned at the consumer's own risk and expense.
Both the shipping costs for returning the originally purchased product and the shipping costs for sending the new product are for the account of the consumer.
Adorable Knits reserves the right to refuse return shipments if there is a suspicion that the product has already been used, as well as if the consumer or the supplier of the item is suspected of damage.​

Digital products cannot be exchanged or returned.
Right of withdrawal
The consumer has the right to change his mind up to 14 calendar days from the day following the delivery, without giving any reason, and without paying a fine. The consumer must inform Adorable Knits in writing (or by e-mail) within the above term. The product is in perfect and unworn condition when returned, and is in the original unopened packaging. If the consumer invokes the right of withdrawal, he must return the product / products at his own risk to Adorable Knits, Anna Bijnsstraat 36, 2600 Berchem. Upon receipt of the product, Adorable Knits will refund the total cost (including shipping costs) to the consumer.
Intellectual Property
Purchased patterns are for private use only and may not be reproduced, sold or shared without permission from Adorable Knits. Finished end products based on purchased cartridges are for private use only and may also not be resold without permission.
